Readings from 2024 Bacopa
November 10, 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
On Sunday, November 10, at 2:30 p.m., join us at the Milhopper Library for readings from the Bacopa Literary Review 2024. If you cannot attend the program in person, you may watch the readings via Zoom. The link is at the end of this article.
Local authors whose works are featured in the journal will read from their works. Bacopa editors will read prizewinning works in Fiction, Flash Fiction, Creative Nonfiction, Formal Poetry, and Free Verse Poetry. There will also be a presentation of the hybrid visual/verbal art form known as Visual Poetry.
The Bacopa editorial committee accepted submissions from March through May this year. There was no submission fee. The editors selected the best of the best from over 1,000 submissions received. The awardee in each category received a $200 prize; honorable mentions received $100.
